Having spent several years in the music industry, I understand how challenging it can be for individuals in this field to prioritize their health and wellness. With their demanding schedules and on-the-go lifestyle, finding a healthy balance can be a struggle. Throughout my years working as a music agent and manager, I saw so many talented, skilled people burn out and leave the industry because they didn't have strategies for sustainability. My goal is to help them achieve balance, so they continue to excel at their craft, while prioritizing their physical and mental well-being - mind, body and soul.
